Zaza Pachulia, JRich Suspended for Game 4

We showed you what happened late in the fourth quarter in Game 3. Both teams will feel the effects of the suspensions in Game 4 — Orlando without a key outside threat, Atlanta without another body to guard Dwight Howard. From the NBA: “The Atlanta Hawks’ Zaza Pachulia has been suspended one game without pay for headbutting Jason Richardson and fighting. Richardson was suspended one game without pay for shoving Pachulia in the face and fighting.”

I saw the headbutt and the shove. Where was the fight? No one should have been suspended, but this is the version of the NBA we have to watch.

    What’s J Rich to do.

Flagrant – is it? Zaza has been huge in slowing Dwight down after game 1. And Collins is injured, so now Horford will have to guard Dwight, which was one of the main reasons for the sweep last year.

Are these suspensions really necessary? This really messes with both teams; I say scrap the suspensions and just hand out fines. They were both ejected anyways…
