@allenp that wasnt the point thats not how this discussion started, nbk stated that Dwights agent would disclose this to the media without dwights knowledge or consent and he argued that dwight never demanded/requested a trade that it was just rumors. but of course what he does is try to flip the argument to some moot point that has no bearing on the overall issue of Dwight not being able to keep his mouth shut, and honestly I could care less where he ends up, the thing I most have a problem with is 1)his inability or lack of effort to improve his offensive game,2) his lack of leadership or loyalty to his teammates(displayed by releasing conversations behind close doors to media members)

Dwight’s agent being an anonymous source is part of the argument that you picked. I only stated the process of how information is leaked because YOU kept saying Dwight was talking about trades and whining to the MEDIA which is completely false. But whatever makes you feel like you won your battle.

What openness? HE has never stated the desire to play for any team Not New Jersey, LA, or Chi to the media. Ever. Well considering the news of Feagan meeting with the Nets also included Dwight, the “source” remains anonymous. Understand? And TO singled out Romo. He didn’t talk about the team as a whole. Which is all Dwight has done – see the difference?

fegan was quoted as saying he and dwight had a phone conversation with the nets. so no i dont understand what your trying to prove. I think its worse if you call out the whole team, to the media. This should be an internal thing, not something that should be aired out in public.

Chris Mannix, Ric Bucher and Adrian Wojnarowski all reported that agent Dan Fegan told them the Magic have given Howard permission to speak with three teams, the Nets, Lakers and Mavericks, about a possible trade. not anonymous sources.
Fegan tells Wojnarowski that Howard “did not attend a meeting with Nets officials” and tells Mannix that “reports of possible tampering are undeniably false.” He does admit to Bucher that there was a phone conversation involving the Nets and Howard. GO TO BED, BETTER LUCK TOMORROW

The saga only grew more strange after Fegan released his statement, as Magic vice president of communications Joel Glass told SI.com that Fegan, though not Howard, would be permitted to discuss trades with the Lakers, Mavericks and Nets. Glass made it clear that the permission was given “going forward” and had not been granted previously.
Earlier in the day, Martins had been more general in his comments to reporters in Orlando. “There aren’t any tampering charges,” he said. “Dwight is under contract with us and our rules in the league are very explicit about when a player is under contract with a team other teams aren’t allowed to contact that player or a representative about them. … If that’s been voided in any way we’ll deal with it to the fullest extent that the NBA’s Constitution allows.”
Howard denied the allegation in an interview with ESPN.com on Friday. “There was no meeting,” he said. “Right now, my plan is to show up to training camp for the Orlando Magic.”
