  Personally think the bulls would have to give up too much and they don’t need Howard, their already good defensively, they need a second scorer who can create for themselves! Look what happened to the Knicks when they traded for melo! Not saying its on the same scale but there’s no guarantee Howard makes the bulls better than they already are!

  Dwight makes the Bulls an even better defensive team. Howard is a better low post scorer than Boozer. I’d take his 22 and 14 a night over Boozer’s inconsistency and Noah’s 12 and 12. You know what you’re getting from Dwight every night. The offense would have another threat to it. Rip coming off screens. Rose exploding by people. Dwight posting up. If the opportunity is there, Boozer and Noah isn’t too much to give up at all.

  This is seriously a no-brainer for both Howard and the Magic.
  If Howard wants to contend for a title for years, a 23 year old Rose would be a better partner than a 33 year old Kobe Bryant.
  Thibs is a coach who really values playing from the inside out so Howard would get plenty of touches inside.
  On the other hand, Orlando isn’t gonna get better players elsewhere unless the Lakers give up both Gasol and Bynum.
  I think the Magic would demand Deng and wouldn’t take back Boozer.
  I also think they wouldn’t trade Anderson.
  So yeah, I think it would be something like Noah, Gibson, Deng and picks for Howard and Turkoglu.
  A lineup of Nelson, Richardson, Deng, Anderson and Noah, with Gibson off the bench wouldnt be too bad.
  The Bulls would have Rose, Rip, Turkoglu, Boozer and Howard.
  Not bad for both teams.

Orlando knows what they’re doing, they know Dwight misses out on plenty money if he’s forced to wait until the summer time, so they’ll test him to see where his heart is really at. Does he stay for the money or is he that unhappy in Orlando? Unless the Lakers make a panic trade for Howard (which they shouldn’t, sending out Gasol for the Carmelo Package of good role players, cap room & picks would better serve em) he can’t get to his preferred destinations. Who Dallas or Jersey gone send for Howard? I said it before the season started & I’ll say it again Dwight Is headed to Brooklyn next year.

  I am sorry, I was a really big DH fan. Funny, exciting, humble, etc. Now with all this back and forth, I dont wanna go there, Id love to go there nonsense. Im over it all and over DH. Dude has alot of talent, and damn near unlimited potential. But all this emotional roller coaster is too much.   Honestly, if Orlando won’t part with Ryan Anderson.. what about Noah, Deng, Gisbon, and draft picks for Howard and Jason Richardson? I know Richardson is a bit old and beat up, but he’ll be a decent replacement for Deng (and can spot up at the three way better, remember his time in Phoenix). I think the money works, but ESPN trade machine says Noah is untradable, not sure if that’s true or not.

  He should add Philadelphia to his list, rather he signs in the off season or they package up Igudola with something worthy he would play with a young core. And Brand although older is still a decent starting 4, and I’m not sure but I bet a lot of the 76ers are on rookie contracts or just no max contracts outside of Andre! He gets a big market, his own legacy and really his own team! just a thought!

  Holiday: I thought about that, Phili is a really strong defensive team in need of a go-to star player. Howard isn’t exactly go-to, but he’ll draw defenders and open up for players to hit some big shots. I mean, the fit is a little too perfect.
  I just think Howard a) wants another superstar on his team so incase the team does go sour, he’s not carrying the load himself.. and b) wants a destination better than Phili.

Dwight requests the trade, the team and his agent release the news to the world (to draw interest and receive as many trade proposals as possible). There would be no benefit whatsoever to Dwight publicly saying he wants to be traded. Which is why there is not a single quote anywhere from Dwight, saying he wants to be traded. — And please, explain the difference to everyone between a requested trade, and a demanded trade……

Yes, he’s getting asked the same questions in every city but he doesn’t have to answer them. “I’m not talking about my status with Orlando or any other team for the rest of the year.
