Glen Davis Fined $35,000 for Making an Obscene Gesture

The League docked Big Baby a chunk of change today for making an obscene gesture a couple of nights ago: “Orlando Magic forward Glen Davis has been fined $35,000 for making an obscene gesture, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations. The incident occurred with 7:49 remaining in the second quarter of the Magic’s 117-101 win over the Toronto Raptors at Air Canada Centre on March 26.”

he flipped off some toronto fans with baseline seats after he got a cut on his head goin for a rebound. fans were talkin at him, then he flicked em off and licked the blood off his fingers while walking backwards away.

Just a farce in this league, represents professional players badly as it just feeds into the sterotype that athletes are young, immature and spoiled. Not saying this is everyone but hard to shed with guys like Davis doing things like pulling shorts down and flashing refs with his puny you-knw-what and then flipping fans off.

You are on a worldwide forum, kids are watching. Grow up.

It took me a while to remember who Glen Davis actually was! What a joke!

  • Waggle

The fact he is in the league is an obscene gesture.
