Polladaday: Trade Deadline?

For some, this past Thursday was an extremely busy day. Who made out the best?

Which team had the best trade deadline?

    Bucks?

    Pacers.

  • Yann Blavec

    The Bucks, obviously.

I’m a Lakers fan, but is Ramon Sessions and Jordan Hill really that big of a deal that their considered the best trade deadline team? Spurs are #2 in the West and they just flipped RJ for SJax…that to me is a huge improvement and upgrade and makes them a serious threat. Also, Clippers just got Nick Young to go along with Chris Paul in the backcourt. I think the Spurs quietly made the biggest trade at the deadline.

I forgot about the Bucks. They’re not going to make it to the conference finals, but that Jennings/Ellis backcourt is going to be incredible!!

The Wizards because they landed the athletic Nene Hilario. Watch out for the Wiz now. :D

    Lol @Orange
But I think the Lakers are considered to have gained the most due to the fact that they’ve upgraded in a position that was declining for the past 2-3 years. They also get a pretty solid low post player and a slasher in Eyenga who can run the break and get easy transition points.

The Wiz, they got rid of Javale and nick for a competent player.

Nuggets. JaVale’s going to make The Association this season so very entertaining to watch.

The bucks killed it, they got Monta Ellis and Ekpe Udoh. Guess no one watches, but, they are about to be a team to look at!

Ellis and Jennings don’t seem like a great fit to me…

Pacers. Leandro could help them compete against teams (like the heat) come playoff time. They didn’t give up anything for him either.

I love how the league has ripped David Kahn for acquiring point guards via draft, trade, or free agency; yet teams like the Lakers are trading for “his” point guards and the media gives them an A+ for the acquisition. My, the irony… Sessions can’t shoot a 3 to save his life. LOL

Magic, the fact that dwight didn’t get traded is what made them the best

The Lakers of course. I think the Bucks did ok…..even though Jennings and Ellis aren’t much of an ideal backcourt to me…

george karl is a great coach so trading a javale may not be bad for him as a player… who knows he might even teach him how to count to 3

The spurs are about to be raw with Stephen Jackson. They’re solidified contenders now.

  • Boss

    Knicks by firing D’Antoni

Lakers. Or Dallas. Dallas won by Dwight not getting traded.
