NBA Players React to Election Day 2012

A tweetcap.

Happy Election Day, y’all. Hope everybody (well, everybody who lives in the USA) has voted, or plans on doing so later today. Many guys around the NBA certainly did, and then they proceeded to hit Twitter with their thoughts of the election and their take on the political fever currently sweeping the nation. Check out what a variety of your favorite hoopers had to say in the gallery above.

Why do these guys keep pleading for people to stop showing who they voted for?

“Voting privacy” is meant to outlaw people from FORCING you to reveal who you voted for.

    By the way…

There is no national “right to vote”.

The Supreme Court said so EXPLICITLY in their ruling of Bush v Gore in 2000.

    Look for yourself: http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/00-949.ZPC.html

This is something to be outraged about.

    w. churchill: the biggest argument against democracy is a five minute discussion with the average voter.
