Dwight Howard Reportedly Mocked Kobe Bryant in Front of Other NBA All-Stars


The icy, drama-filled, and increasingly contentious relationship between Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard continues to grow more ridiculous by the day it seems. For the second time this season, a report has surfaced alleging that Dwight Howard made fun of Kobe Bryant behind his back. According to the NY Post, Dwight clowned Kobe during All-Star Weekend after they flew together to Houston: “Amid other reports that the Lakers’ chilly on-court chemistry was spilling into the locker room, we’re told that Howard ‘grabbed Kobe’s uniform, put it on, and imitated him in front of all the other players on the West team. He was joking and berating Kobe’ to fellow NBA stars, including the Clippers’ Chris Paul and Blake Griffin and Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant. The source added Bryant later arrived in the locker room, ‘said hello to everyone on the team except Howard, grabbed his stuff and moved as far away from Howard as he could.’ Despite a recent clear-the-air meeting in Memphis, relations haven’t thawed.”

    Lol at Kobe “trying to connect”! Kobe wants to get Dwight in “angry mode” Dwight just wants a hug….and some touches. Hes happy to be the no.2 on a team as long as he isnt frozen out and Kobe has done that at times.

    Howard is a clown, cat. Stop acting like he got heart. Everybody has called him out, except his mother. Howard is the main reason. I have read reports, Gasol, Steve Nash all don’t like him. Kobe is not as bad to teammates as you think man. Go research cat. Also if Howard is traded from the Lakers his careert is over and he will have to deal with how he took for granted to play with the best player since MJ. Kobe being Kobe has 5 rings. Howard being Howard has no rings, alot of drama, two baby mamas and alot of people not liking him. LOL

    Dwight might like being home in Atlanta. Think: Harris, Morrow, Metta, Horford, Dwight? Seems like the laid back group (minus the head case Artest) that Dwight would resign with.

    It would make more sense for them to trade Horford, considering josh smith and Dwight are best friends and you wanna give Dwight every reason to resign. Smith too in that case.

    Well this sure is another media created bullsh*t. Dwight is a clown and he does this kind of stuff all the time. Kobe grabbed his stuff? He has to see the Dwight Howard show everyday in the Lakers locker room, I’m sure he doesn’t find it funny anymore. His impersonations got old, nobody’s laughing but Dwight.

    When you make Steve Nash yell at you, you should know you’re doing something wrong. This is not about Kobe, Nash and D’Antoni have problems with Howard too. Say what you want about the back and the shoulder, Dwight’s attitude sucks. He laughs when he loses, and he doesn’t seem interested at all when he’s playing. I disliked him before, now I just can’t stand the guy.
