The NBA announced today that they’ve hit New York Knicks guard JR Smith with a $5K fine for a flopping violation in Game 1 against the Indiana Pacers (here’s video of the flop): “The New York Knicks J.R. Smith has been fined $5,000 for violating the league’s anti-flopping rules during the Pacers vs. Knicks game on May 5.”
