Danilo Gallinari Thinks He Can Return In November

Danilo Gallinari tore his ACL in early April, and has been rehabbing since. Everything has reportedly been going well and the Nuggets forward sounds optimistic about a first-half return. Here’s what he recently told Sportando: “I’m very happy with how things are going even if the path is still long. It’s been a summer of hard work. Eight hours a day. You see the ball just in picture and the time never passes. But I can see the results of the hard work and according to the doctors I should be ready for the end of November.”

didn’t they end up saying that it was a partial tear and not as bad as they first thought?

that’s what he said. but he also didn’t get it repaired. which scares the living daylights out of me.

way too many torn ACLs over the last two years! Rondo, Rubio, Rose, Lou Williams, Galinari, etc. Perhaps a 70 – games season would help as i think some of them stem from fatigue.

“You see the ball just in picture and the time never passes.”

I have no unearthly idea what he meant by that but it sounds poignant.
