Gerald Wallace Fined $10,000 for Swearing in Press Conference


Following the Boston Celtics’ spanking in Houston last night, an irritated Gerald Wallace dropped an F-bomb when talking to reporters. The League fined him $10K today. From the press release: “Boston Celtics forward Gerald Wallace has been fined $10,000 for using profane language during his postgame media availability session following the Celtics’ 109-85 loss to the Houston Rockets on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Toyota Center, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.”

    He’s been frustrated all season. For a vet who only has a couple seasons at most left, it’s got to be horrible to be on a team that’s in full out tank mode.
