    A bit off topic, but not really: One of the reasons I say Large Professor is top 3 producers ever is because of his work with Eric B. and Rakim. I think he was still in high school (!) when he worked on production for their third album. (the one before this)

    Teddy, props for knowing that. Very few people realize Large Pro produced a bulk of Eric B and Rakim’s later work. Large Pro is top 2 all time to me, bar none.

    I always thought “Don’t sweat the technique” was a bit overrated. “When I b on the mic” and “Paid in full” would have been better selections.
