MY NAME IS…..ERIC WRIGHT
Yeah Eazy E is ill, a unique voice. How about Jadakiss, or Hopsin next?
THOSE OLD PICS OF DRE ALWAYS CRACK ME UP
Luv Easy, but F*** Jerry Heller! That bastard was the reason for the break up of N.W.A. and f***ed them young cats outta millions! But without the break up of N.W.A. would we have the amazing careers of Ice Cube and Dr. Dre’? I guess everything happens for a reason. “We want Easy”!!!! RIP.
Love both “Real Muthaph*ckkin G’s” and “Dre Day”.
Both had some tight beats.
Eazy was better than Dre lyrically.
But where “Dre Day” beat out “Real G’s”, in my opinion, was in that Snoop all by himself put Dresta and B.G. Knocc Out to shame.
Still, out of all the back and forth disses the one that really sticks out to me is when Eazy rapped “But at Death row, I hear you’re gettin treated like boot camp/ Gotta follow ya sergeant’s directions/ or get your *ss pumped with a Smith & Wesson”.
Even back then Eazy knew things at Death Row weren’t all good.
Just some ol skool, laid back, gangsta sh!t right here. I reminisce the days when it was cool to wear a Raiders cap, a Ben Davis shirt and a flannel. My fav Eazy-E joint tho is “I’d rather f√¢k u”. I absolutely luv that Bootsy Collins joint. And Cube owned Eazy on “No vaseline”.
Cube owned all of them on “No Vaseline”.
About time this one showed here. Enigmatic, i’m a west coast guy, but No Vaseline was crap.
True, true Enigmatic. Brutal.
“No Vaseline” still to this day is the greatest diss track ever. Well…that and “Ether”.
What about Dj quik dollars and cents
What about f_ck Compton
What about the bridge is over
Tim Dog’s “F*ck Compton” is like one of the most forgotten diss songs ever.
Dude dissed a whole city.
@enigmatic yo say eazy is beth lyrically better than dre?? you mean eazy’s ghost writer was better than dre’s ghost writer. ice and mc ren wrote all of n.w.a. stuff.
Completely agree “No vaseline” is the best diss out there. Yes, that includes “Hit em up”.
@golden state – exactly. Lol
“Damn E they tried to fade you on Dre Day, but Dre Day only makes Eazy’s payday”
… Dre was a she thing…ha ha.Love it
Click my name for – Eazy Er Said Than Dunn. “You must be sick, or are you lonely? How you gonna diss me when you don’t even know me?”
Actually, NWA’s biggest ghostwriter was The D.O.C., who incidentally was a better rapper than everyone in NWA aside from maybe Ice Cube.
