  • Jack Posted: Feb.8 at 1:41 pm
Um, the AI Melo cover is out now. I have it right next to me, and I’m in the UK.

  • white hot eboy Posted: Feb.8 at 1:47 pm
No stores got it, no mail delivery, bullsh*t!

  • Ben Osborne Posted: Feb.8 at 2:01 pm
The rest of the nation must be hating, eBoy; NYC has had it on stands all week. Tarzan, subscribers to SLAM (and any non-weekly magazine I know of, ie GQ, Esquire, etc) always get their sub copies after newsstands have them. Sad but true. I have nothing to say to our foreign readership other than sorry; shipping problems overseas are way over my head. Only thing I can suggest is b**ching to the folks at 800-33-6411…

  • Co Co Posted: Feb.8 at 2:03 pm
    I got mine yesterday.

  • white hot eboy Posted: Feb.8 at 2:12 pm
    F*ck you, Co Co!!!!! :)

  • white hot eboy Posted: Feb.8 at 2:13 pm
Well I meant in my area of South Florida, Ben. My subscription issue is always later than the newstands so I’m used to it.

  • casey Posted: Feb.8 at 2:14 pm
PUT MARION ON THE COVER!!!!! oh, and shaq sucks. it’s time for the old fart to retire! he sweats like a maniac running down the court once and can’t make a free throw to save his life. BOOOOOO!

  • Co Co Posted: Feb.8 at 2:27 pm
LOL I know people EBOY. I’m not threatening you, I’m just saying……….

  • white hot eboy Posted: Feb.8 at 2:42 pm
Hopefully it’s no one from the Hawks orginization, cause they’ll just bumble that sh*t. LOL

  • white hot eboy Posted: Feb.8 at 2:50 pm
    *bungle

  • Ryan Posted: Feb.8 at 5:05 pm

  • nuyen Posted: Feb.8 at 6:09 pm

  • Tarzan Cooper Posted: Feb.8 at 6:12 pm

  • Chukaz Posted: Feb.8 at 8:04 pm

  • Chukaz Posted: Feb.8 at 8:06 pm
I meant “shouldn’t” no should. My bad.
    P.S F*ck you.

  • Dre Baldwin Posted: Feb.8 at 9:50 pm
Since when do you announce an issue is on sale?

  • Jason Posted: Feb.8 at 10:22 pm
Is the February or March Issue, it looks like it says April 2008 on the cover?

  • Marvin Posted: Feb.9 at 3:26 am
James again….. Slam is starting to look like XXL with 50 on a cover every other two months, come up with something fresh for a change.

  • dallasmaverick Posted: Feb.9 at 4:15 am

  • Josh Posted: Feb.9 at 10:05 am
I have a full subscription of slam magazine and i havent received this one… is it because of the bad weather Canada is receiving lately

  • James the balla Posted: Feb.9 at 10:13 am
Im’a let everyne know … because it seems like know one does. Because of ANOTHER bron cover … Kobe now deserves two!!

  • Bubba Chuck Posted: Feb.9 at 11:37 am
yo lang! kinda off topic but tha other day i heard sum1 mention tha tallest man in tha world (i forget his name) & tha shortest man in tha world: He Ping-Ping! when u gonna write bout him again?

  • t.dot dude Posted: Feb.9 at 12:20 pm
when am i gonna get this shiped to me. i live in the middle east, israel to be exact. i got the nuggs issue only a week after it came out but im kinda worried that this issue wont come.this would be the second issue delivered in my subscription, so im still getting used to the time i get it thing.

  • Lang Whitaker Posted: Feb.9 at 12:52 pm
@Bubba: Mr. Ping Ping lives in our hearts. Also, he’s my icon on IM — people I chat with can vouch for that.

  • Mike D. Posted: Feb.9 at 12:58 pm
It is the April 2008 issue, since the AI/Melo issue was March 08.
As for Lebron being on the cover….so played-out. I’d hate to see my favorite mag get stuck in a whirlwind of constantly having to put Lebron or Kobe on the cover all the damn time. Give us something fresh, show some love for the Motor City Bad Boys, maybe give CP3 the attention he deserves, throw Baron Davis on there or any of the warriors crew, it’d be hot. PS. and don’t get any ideas that just cause Shaq’s in a new uniform should earn him the right at gracing the cover. Had enough of that too.

  • Bubba Chuck Posted: Feb.9 at 2:03 pm
    aight jw

  • Yammy Posted: Feb.9 at 2:25 pm
Is this one going to be thicker than the last one?

  • Kareem Posted: Feb.9 at 6:15 pm
Can som1 tell me wat the slamups is in this issue?

  • Andrew Price Posted: Feb.9 at 6:15 pm
    wheres my slam?

  • bendover Posted: Feb.9 at 8:23 pm
wow that is one sick ass cov3r

  • Bubba Chuck Posted: Feb.9 at 9:01 pm
so ne news on how those bulls r gettin along?

  • YJBABY Posted: Feb.10 at 12:22 pm
    WHO iS ON THA POSTER??

  • Mush Posted: Feb.10 at 2:33 pm
I finally got the Melo & AI Cover!!!! Now waiting for this one! Also, Slam! I didn’t get ish 100! You didn’t ship it to Northampton, U.K!

  • Mush Posted: Feb.10 at 2:34 pm
The Bulls are doing terrible. Luol Deng is injured :(

  • Ben Osborne Posted: Feb.10 at 10:22 pm
I subscribe just to see what it’s like…mine came yesterday, which I thought was good since the “official” national on-sale date for this issue was Feb. 12. Of course, I live in NJ, whihc is a lot more convenient than Northampton, UK. BTW, LeBron had not been on the cover in MORE THAN A YEAR and HE’S AVERAGING 30, 8 and 7.

  • Simoun Mendoza Posted: Feb.11 at 4:47 am
thanks for the heads up! i’m gonna make sure i get it. hopefully it arrives early in hong kong. make a cover on dwade and marion: a new beggining.

  • Brock Posted: Feb.11 at 7:43 pm
Hey awesome cover………but come on another lebron cover this is stupid ive already read three Lebron cover stories what more can you possibly tell me about him that i dont already know

  • Ryan Posted: Feb.11 at 10:07 pm
Can someone who has the magazine tell us whos on the SLAM UPS POSTER????!!!!???

  • Max B. Posted: Feb.12 at 12:35 am
Mines still not here is something wrong?

  • Pero Posted: Feb.12 at 12:44 am
Great idea for the next cover….The faces of LeBron. You could put like 20 different facial expressions of the man. And then the next month just fill the entire mag with LeBron……

  • Mike D. Posted: Feb.12 at 4:17 am
Wow, ten issues ago (last time Lebron was on the cover) seems like yesterday. Maybe just cause the muh’fugga is everywhere. btw, SLAM-UPs are: Baron Davis & Richard Jefferson

  • Mig Posted: Feb.12 at 10:27 am
Just got Slam #9 to complete the whole collection… Hakeem on the cover, and I am a bit confused cos I thought it would be either AI or C O’Bannon… anybody has #9 with Hakeem on the cover? Were there three different covers? Thanks a lot.

  • tay dice Posted: Feb.13 at 4:07 am

Also while im complaining i hate those new Nike ads posing as articles…wack!

  • a19999 Posted: Feb.17 at 4:52 pm
man, put B-Roy on the cover! if you get the bigest wining streek of the year, second of the FRANCHISE then put that boy on the cover. not someone that takes his team to the finals and then just quits on me

  • MoJo Posted: Feb.18 at 1:19 am
Yeeya Boyy!U guys should put Dwight “Superman” Howard in the 117 SLAMups(In the Dunk Contest or In the All Star Game) or give him a cover.

  • lakers4life Posted: Feb.18 at 7:52 am

  • hustlaG Posted: Feb.20 at 8:15 pm
    lebron da king

  • hustlaG Posted: Feb.20 at 8:17 pm
wow, ppl gotta get a life. lebron is literally personified through the nba refereeing to be something much greater than he truly… take the allstargame for instance, he wont he MVP when ray allen clearly played better than him

  • samuel Posted: Feb.23 at 8:20 pm
