The Knicks added some shooting to their roster, by picking up Steve Novak off the waiver wire. Per the NY Daily News: “The Knicks claimed Steve Novak off waivers to give them a 6-foot-10 outside shooting power forward. Novak, released by the Spurs, could see spot minutes since Mike D’Antoni wanted to add a ‘stretch 4’ to help open the court. The Knicks still have their $2.5 million exception to add another player and it not out of the question that they’ll save that for one of several players playing (stuck) in China.”
