Two Boston Celtics went under the knife on Wednesday, as Ray Allen and Mickael Pietrus had ankle and knee procedures done. Per the Boston Herald: “Ray Allen and Mickael Pietrus each underwent successful surgeries [Wednesday] morning, the Celtics announced yesterday in a statement. Allen had arthroscopic surgery on his right ankle while Pietrus underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee. The unrestricted free agents underwent their procedures at New England Baptist Hospital.”
