The Toronto Raptors announced that Kyle Lowry will sit out due to a strained adductor muscle in his left leg, and the guard will undergo therapy and rehab with no timetable for his return to the court. Per the Toronto Sun: “… head coach Dwane Casey said Lowry was being held out for precautionary reasons and the injury was ‘nothing overly serious,’ but Lowry battled a groin injury (diagnosed after he left a March 7 game against the Raptors early) and a sports hernia last year while with Houston. Lowry underwent off-season surgery on the sports hernia before being traded to the Raptors.”
