According to Mike Woodson, the New York Knicks will likely be without forward Amar’e Stoudemire in their first round Playoff matchup against the Boston Celtics. (Center Tyson Chandler, meanwhile, is giving himself a clean bill of health.) Per the NY Daily News: “Amar’e Stoudemire (knee) was on the court briefly while the Knicks were shooting around in practice, but Woodson doesn’t expect him to return during the first round. ‘I think he’s going to be out. That’s my gut,’ Woodson said. ‘It’s kind of nice to see him on the floor.’ A documentary about the power forward, ‘Amar’e Stoudemire: In the Moment,’ debuts Friday night on Epix.”
