Ron Ron could be facing up to $20,000 in fines on suspicion of animal cruelty. Placer County animal control has taken possession of his dog.
According to his neighbors, he’s been leaving the dog out in the yard with no food or water for months at a time. They claim that animal control has taken possession of his dogs before.
Pretty disturbing stuff; I don’t even have a joke here.
