Hassan Whiteside Records Triple-Double and Sets Heat Record with 12 Blocks (VIDEO)

Here are Hassan Whiteside’s stats from the Heat’s 96-84 road win Sunday over the Bulls: 14 points (on 6-10 shooting), 13 rebounds, 12 blocks. He did all that in just over 24 minutes of playing time, and against one of the best frontlines in the NBA.

Per-36 minutes, Whiteside is now averaging 17 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks. Not bad for a 25-year-old journeyman who spent the past few years playing in places like China and Lebanon.
