Pau Gasol has two years and roughly $15 million remaining on his current deal with the Chicago Bulls, but his younger brother Marc is already plotting on a way for the two big fellas to hoop together in Memphis.
The Grizzlies signed the younger Gasol to a five-year, $100 millon-plus extension this summer, and he says that he’d love for the organization to eventually lure back the 35-year-old Pau.
Per EuropaPress (via Hoopshype‘s translation):
Marc Gasol: “It’s not impossible that one day we could play together. I think he has two more years in Chicago and I think it’s difficult that he would leave the team, I wouldn’t like it.
“But for us, and for Memphis to add someone like Pau, it would be unbelievable. We will try. Why not?”
