In hopes of fighting global terrorism and uniting children in the Middle East, former NBA big man and newly signed Hapoel Jerusalem player, Amar’e Stoudemire, hosted a basketball peace camp in Israel. He was joined by NBA players Rudy Gay, Omri Casspi, Chris Copeland as well as WNBA players Mistie Bass and Alysha Clark.
Stoudemire invited children from Israel, Ethiopia, Israelites from Dimona and Arab Israeli children to hopefully promote peace and unity. Check out the photos above from the camp.
