Nocioni was popped for DUI in the wee hours yesterday, and he and the Kings released the obligatory apology: “Sacramento Kings forward Andres Nocioni has apologized for his arrest early this morning on suspicion of drunk driving. In a statement released by the Kings this afternoon, Nocioni says, ‘I made a mistake and I’m very sorry for my lapse in judgment.’ Nocioni, 29, was arrested by Sacramento police and booked into Sacramento County Jail at 3:30 a.m., a posting on the Sacramento County Jail Web site shows. He was released this morning on $1,482 bail.”
