After not being able to run or jump since injuring his knee in the preseason, 2009 No. one pick Blake Griffin is finally starting to run–albeit on a special treadmill. As reported here: “Clippers rookie forward Blake Griffin has been cleared to run on an anti-gravity treadmill after undergoing a CT Scan and MRI of the stress fracture of his left patella yesterday.” While this doesn’t exactly signal an imminent return, it is a step in the correct direction for the young Clipper forward.
