Dwyane Wade’s partnership with LeBron James and Chris Bosh got off to a less than thrilling start.
Three minutes into tonight’s game against Detroit, the preseason opener for both teams, Dwyane Wade suffered a strained right hamstring.
He did not return to the game, though the severity of the injury has yet to be determined.
In his absence, the Heat went on to win, 105-89.
Chris Bosh led all scorers with 20 points. LeBron James chipped in 18 of his own in 27 minutes.
Miami’s next game is not until Friday night, when they meet up with Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
