Blazers Pursuing Anthony Randolph

by January 22, 2011

The Knicks are looking to unload AR in order to sweeten the deal for Carmelo Anthony. From the NY Daily News: “Anthony Randolph seems to be counting the days until the Knicks finally send him on his way, with Portland emerging as a likely destination for the seldom-used forward. A Blazers official confirmed that the team has interest in Randolph, but added that the team is not getting great reports on the 21-year-old. […] The Blazers have two first-round picks and would be willing to swap Randolph for one of them. Knicks president Donnie Walsh met with Randolph’s agent, Bill Duffy, last week in New York and it is clear that the Knicks will attempt to move Randolph before the Feb. 24 trading deadline.”
