Former Denver Nuggets head coach George Karl recently put Mark Jackson on blast, accusing him of using Andre Iguodala as a “mole” and other charges. Jackson decided not to add fuel to the fire in remarks to the press. Per the Contra Costa Times: “I heard him say I made bush league, high-schoolish (starting lineups),’ Jackson said. ‘I just responded, and maybe we’ll forget that I wasn’t the first one, that when (Kenneth) Faried was hurt and we didn’t know if he was playing or starting.’ … ‘It is what it is,’ Jackson said. ‘He’s a great basketball coach, a great basketball mind, and I have nothing but respect for him. So I will take the high road, and hopefully it becomes contagious.'”
