The University of Memphis has not found proof that a ex-player, believed to be Chicago Bull’s ROY Derrick Rose, cheated on his SAT exam. Released to The Associated Press and other media outlets on Tuesday, the investigation report says the school had no reason to suspect the SAT was fraudulent until notified by the Educational Testing Service on May 5th, 2008, about the player’s score being canceled. “The university … took all reasonable steps to confirm that (name redacted) had met eligibility requirements,” the report states. John Calipari is expected to participate in this Saturday’s hearing with Committee by phone.
