Chris Bosh Doesn’t Trust Fellow Dinos

by Marcel Mutoni

Legend has it that what actually led to the dinosaurs’ extinction from this mortal coil weren’t giant asteroids, but instead, a lack of trust among the ancient creatures … Oh alright, I totally made that up. What I didn’t make up, though, is Chris Bosh’s admission that of late, he’s lost faith in his struggling teammates.

“I have to do a better job of trusting my teammates,” Bosh said.

“I’ve lacked in that and I can be man enough to say I’ve made that mistake. I’ve talked with the coaches and they told me the same thing — trust my teammates.”

Toronto is in the midst of an ugly three-game losing streak, and only if the Hawks weren’t so willing to choke away games, the Raptors’ hold on the seventh seed in the East could be in jeopardy.

The good thing for the candid Bosh and his teammates is that they’ve had plenty of time to rebuild the trust amongst themselves. Tonight, against Milwaukee, they’ll play their first game since Saturday.
