Mike Conley Could Miss Weeks With Hamstring Issue

The Utah Jazz could be without veteran guard Mike Conley for multiple games and potentially even multiple weeks, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

In his first game back after a five-game absence with a left hamstring issue last night, Conley re-aggravated the injury and was forced back out of action.

Conley may have pushed his initial rehabilitation a little bit too far the first time around, something that the team’s medical staff cautioned him against.

That’s why they’re like, ‘Be patient, be patient, don’t push it.’ And I’m just trying to push it every day,” he told Andy Larsen of the Salt Lake Tribune.

Conley has averaged 13.6 points and 4.6 assists per game for the Jazz this season, after arriving in Salt Lake City in an offseason trade.
