LeBron James recently said he’s in; now his main man Chris Paul wants in, too. Via Sporting News: “Add Hornets guard Chris Paul to the list of NBA stars who want to play for Team USA in the 2012 London Olympics. Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard and LeBron James all said this week they’re willing to help defend the gold medal won in 2008 in Beijing. Paul, in fact, told ESPN.com that he wanted to play for the Americans at the World Championships in Turkey this past summer but was unable to because he was still recovering from a knee injury. ‘I want to be on that [USA] team in 2012,’ Paul said. ‘I’m going to keep playing and hopefully they have a spot for me.'”
