Note to NBA Fans: Stop Talking to LeBron

by Marcel Mutoni

For the second time this season, some jagoff in the front row thought it was a good idea to talk smack to ‘Bron in the second half of a tightly contested game. You can probably guess the outcome.

After getting swatted a couple of times, and hearing it from the crowd (and specifically, from some frizzy-haired dude sitting courtside), LeBron hit three straight bombs (making sure to stare down the heckler after each make) and split the entire Blazers defense as he waltzed in for the game-winning layup.

Said James in his post-game sideline interview:

“(The fan) cost his team the home-court advantage … It’s all in good fun. I’m here to entertain and help my team win the game.”

He’s the game’s best closer this season, and the Cavs have the most come-from-behind victories as a result.

At this point, it’s probably not even a good idea to make eye contact with the man in the fourth quarter.
