DeMarcus Cousins, Kevin Love and Harrison Barnes introduce the "Mouthful of Fearless" campaign.
by November 14, 2016

After becoming the official mouthguard partner of the NBA, WNBA, D-League and USA Basketball this past June, Shock Doctor recently launched the massive, multi-faceted “A Mouthful of Fearless” campaign, which offers the opportunity to earn a free trip to the 2017 NBA All-Star festivities–a prize valued at $5,000–among other rewards. The brand, who counts DeMarcus Cousins, Kevin Love and Harrison Barnes as product ambassadors, looks to raise awareness among young athletes on the importance of playing with mouthguards to prevent injury and ensure that their teeth are protected through this multi-media roll-out.

According to a recent study, one-third of injuries among high school basketball athletes involve head and face collision. With that in mind, Shock Doctor teamed up with their NBA athletes to produce a series of inspiring videos that show how wearing a mouthguard has made them ‘fearless.’ Check out the videos below:

From now until the end of January 2017, the critical protective equipment will also offer another benefit: two-tickets to the 2017 NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans (including flights and hotels), among other rewards.
