Byron Scott Says Three-Pointers Don’t Win Championships

Today’s NBA game so obviously places a premium on the three-point shot, it makes one wonder what exactly Los Angeles Lakers head coach Byron Scott has been watching.

Scott isn’t very big on threes, and wants his team to limit their attempts from behind the arc to about 12-15 per game. By comparison, the last two NBA championship squads averaged 22 and 21 three-point shots a night respectively.
