Video: Wade Drills Huge 3 In Prince’s Face

Wade hits a 3 and takes a step over.

Not only did he pound a big 3-pointer in Prince’s grill, but Wade stepped over his fallen defender after swishing the tough jumper!

Since the Heat were playing against Iverson’s Pistons, we might as well acknowledge the inevitable comparisons to Iverson’s legendary step over Tyronn Lue in the ’01 Finals. There was no animosity or emphasis Wednesday night. Lue and Ivy were making each other fall with their handles. Prince essentially falls over himself here.

    Sheed’s three pointer right before this was just as impressive considering he took it from 26 feet with 20 seconds on the shot clock.

    So at what point is unnecessarily stepping over your opponent, whom you just sprayed on, not considered taunting or warrant a technical foul? It would have been more convenient just to walk around him….not hatin – just sayin

    The AI step was different. Lue fell in iverson’s path after a good give and take on defense. I think allen had herd Ty dressed like him and even braided the rows to act like Iverson in Practice. Dwyane just saw a man down and decided to step over him like a big jerk when he clearly could have gone around

    I like how Wade wanted to do that as soon as the shot fell through. It was like he was thinking, “Oh, here it comes…yes! Let me step over this guy and look like the best in the business.”

    Man, there are too many Wade haters in this world.. to be able to shoot a three over Tayshaun’s long arm is just crazy… and if you all did research, you all will realize that Wade is TayShaun’s favorite player….
