Video: 214 Blake Griffin Dunks

If you’ve been counting, Blake Griffin threw down 214 times during his rookie campaign. Be warned: Your hands may start hurting by the time dunk No. 214 rolls around.

That’s more dunks than most of these players will get in their whole careers….. I didn’t want to stop either…..vaye I’ll be back I’m watching it again.. the dunk contest footage was do-do though…… they could of easily left them out being that they didnt raise the dunk count…..

He didn’t really dunk on people? Ha!! He already inspired a verb which means getting dunked on- being Mozgoved.

Just love watching this dude go. Can’t wait til he has his jumpshot, it’ll open the floor up for him again.

“did anybody notice that he didn’t really dunk on people?”
Congrats Chukas, you have just won the “SLAM’s Most Ignorant Comment of the Season” award!
And you won it by a landslide my friend. That is more ignorant than anything I have ever seen come for The Seed or even freeze! Hahaha!!
Mozgove? Galli? Ibaka? McGee? Gortat? Dude I could go on and on with a list of people he has down right hammered on. Open your eyes, and, uh…. start watchin basketball bro.

Thats an average of 2.6 dunks per game. Nice.

Hey Chukaz most of the guys were smart enough to step aside.
I’m Joking . But you should really consult your optician and say that your glasses don’t work.

Blake Griffin will be the next Vince Carter. Great athleticism rivaled by no one, great offensive game, no defense, cares too much about individual exposure, immensely skilled but will not be a winner.

Now that is a bullsh1tless, well-made and to the point video with no smoke and no mirrors. Top work by all.

i wonder why he doesnt block shots, is it because hes tryin to stack up the rebounds or is it because he has to make up for deandre goin for every block and they need a guy defending the weakside? he doesnt really have that long wingspan like shotblockers do but his athleticism could make up for it if he tried to

Every single one is absolutely ferocious. Love watching this guy play. Also @Chukaz, you best be trollin’. Or maybe you’re a Knicks fan and your memory shut out that traumatic experience.

  • J.C.

Also @rich, I always wondered that myself but I’m pretty sure its because on every defensive play he’s already leaking out to get the fast-break jam. I’ve noticed him do that a few too many times. Hopefully he’s got it out of his system now and can start helping his team win some more next season.

Blocking shots is about timing and will, ofcourse it helps when your as athletic as Blake.
