Video: Gabe York 2012 Season Mixtape

Highlights from the future Arizona Wildcat.

Earlier today, BallisLife blessed us with another great mixtape of 6-2 Arizona commit Gabe York a.k.a. “York City.” The Orange, CA native is super bouncy and as his game improves over the offseason, he should provide a spark to the Wildcat backcourt right away next season. Check the video above and be sure to keep an eye out for the young man in the improved Pac-12.

    Looks to me like he’s more 6’0 barefoot and maybe 6’1 with shoes..i don’t like how athletes tend to exaggerate their height

    So is he just like a stronger version of Austin Rivers who has a little push off on his crossover? I’ve seen tons of highlights, and that’s all I think when I see him.

    With a few exceptions every passing high school class just seems weaker and weaker in my opinion. Maybe I’m remembering things in a slightly biased/non-accurate way, but I feel like most of these kids would’ve gotten eaten even just 5-6 years ago. No hate intended for this young dude though, he clearly worked hard to get to where he’s going

    @patrick i don’t think it’s the athltets, more so the their schools, mike beasley was like 6’10 at k-state. in the words of jayson williams: i’m 6’10, i was 7 feet before i signed my contract.
