Kobe isn’t close to Jordan’s mind state when playing. I know so many people have talked about how he is as much of a competitor as Jordan was, but all it takes is 15 minutes of this for anyone who wasn’t alive to watch him during his prime (as I was) to see that Jordan’s fire was different than Kobe’s. Look at that play in NY during the playoffs when Xavier McDaniel fouled Jordan hard. Look at that man go after him and Ewing as they lay on the ground.

when did Kobe’s name even come up? lets stop all that crap and enjoy what we’re seeing for at least one story.

I wasn’t really his greatest fan growing up however i never debated he was the greatest. Some of those plays even from 40 and above are greater than any player has ever done. My god he was brilliant, Kobe and Lebron are only considered better by those who never saw MJ play each week ie >25

Number 8. So much hang time and body control.

No way, when MJ gets blocked everyone is like” alright nice block “, then down the other end MJ does the greatest block possible. That’s MJ in a nutshell. Anything you can do i can do better

It’s possible to enjoy what we’re seeing and let everyone know that Jordan was on a completely different level. It’s relevant to what the video showed which is why I said it.

This brought a tear to my eye. I was blessed to witness his career. I’ll never see his like again. If only I could go back in time and see it all again for the first time. Others jumped as high but no one hung or floated in the air like he did. Simply the best.
