Contest: Win a Milani Malik Customized Mouthguard

Drop a comment and win a customized $150 valued mouthguard.

Created by Dr. Lee Gause, one of the top dentists on the East Coast and responsible for creating and designing mouthguards for star athletes like Floyd Mayweather and Danny Green, the Milani Malik mouthguard line comes in two different colors (see photo above), an all pink one and a transparent one with pink accents in single or double layers. Proceeds will go to support beast cancer initiatives. The mouthguards are designed to provide maximum performance by allowing muscular oxygenation, durability, and comfort, while minimizing concussion rates during contact sports.

So, do you want to win a free pair of these fresh custom-made mouthguards valued at $150? Simply like Iceberg Guards and Milani Malik on Facebook, and then just drop a comment below detailing why you want/need the mouthguard. Keep the comments below 100 words and be sure to provide a valid email. We’ll pick at random and contact the winner next week.

You will be able to choose what you want written on the front of the piece, up to 12 characters long.

In the event you don’t win it but are still interested in owning one, you can order it online. It’s $75 for the standard custom-fit mouthguard and $150 for the custom-fit with lettering: name/initials/quote, up to 12 characters engraved. If you’re in the NYC area, you can go see Dr. Gause and get your impression free of charge: Smile Design Manhattan, (24 West 57th Street, Suite 507, tel: 212-421-3418). Simply inquire about the Milani Malik Mouthguard.

Good luck to everyone.

I am hoping to win this prize for my younger brother. He is still getting accustomed to his one-month old braces, and actually has been knocked bloody once. Although not severe, I realize I need to look out some mouthguards for him, so this seemed like a good opportunity to test my chance. Nevertheless, you guys do such a great job hooking readers up, thank you as always.

  • Vinny Hardy

The sky’s the limit for Milani. I’m privileged to be acquainted with her. She has a heart of gold and as great as she is on the court, she’s a much better all around person. This off the court endeavor is proof of that.

I need this mouth guard for when i ball at the gym and dunk on the youngins in there. Needless to say young dudes don’t like to get dunked on so the fouls get a little sketchy. But as long is my mouth is protected I will feel even more comfortable to run my gums lol.

My grandpa was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2003, and had the tumor removed successfully. However, as of now, recurrences of the tumor have yet again plunged his body into a steady decline. He’s fighting through it as hard as he can, and the uphill battle ain’t easy. Through this all, he always tells me to do good in life, study hard. A mouthguard like this not only represents the fighting spirit he has to this day, but symbolises going hard, going ham, without fear in the body and on the court. It would be the perfect way to honor his will to win attitude, with something I can wear on the court which I compete on.

I would smile so big with this on and take a selfie!

I broke my jaw once while i was playing ball and i never want that to happen again plus i am about to play my first basketball season in the five years since i have been diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arithis and i really think this will bbe the icing on the cake for me.

I need this mouthguard for when I dunk the ball at the gym and hit my mouth on the rim. Needless to say, my dentist hates my personal trainer.

I need this mouth guard because I get hit the mouth a lot playing ball and I don’t need another chipped tooth. I’ve been looking for the right mouth guard but they are all just so big and make my mouth look huge. Hopefully if I win this contest I can show all my everybody how much of a fan of Milani I am and to someday be as great as her.

  • JibbsIsBallin

I’d like to have a mouth guard because this is what has happened to me twice on 2 different occasions while playing ball. Upper right and left both have been knocked down. Now I play with crowns on. I don’t have Facebook so can’t “Like” those 2 links. Hook it up if you can. Thanks.
