The Orlando Magic today trimmed their list of prospective head coaches to three candidates: Spurs assistant Jacque Vaughn, Sixers assistant Michael Curry and Bulls player development coach Lindsey Hunter. The Orlando Sentinel has the details: “Michael Curry, Lindsey Hunter and Jacque Vaughn have advanced to the next stage of the Orlando Magic’s search for a new head coach, the Orlando Sentinel has learned from an NBA source with knowledge of the team’s plans. Magic general manager Rob Hennigan already has conducted first-round interviews with Curry, Hunter and Vaughn, and each member of the trio will be interviewed by Magic CEO Alex Martins in the near future.”
