Cavs doctors treated the illness as if the infected players had swine flu, mostly as a preventative measure: “A source tells TNT’s David Aldridge that James is not suffering from the H1N1, or Swine flu, virus. James missed Wednesday’s preseason game with Washington after coming down with flu-like symptoms, and he and fellow Cavs Darnell Jackson and Coby Karl tested positive for Influenza A this week.”
