The Scheme, a two-hour film released on HBO Tuesday, tells the crazy story of basketball agent Christian Dawkins. At the age of 25, Dawkins found himself at the center of the FBI’s investigation into college basketball corruption. The movie follows the intense, undercover two-year probe and its eventually climax in 2017.
“For the first time ever, Dawkins explains how a kid from Saginaw, Michigan wound up in a hotel suite surrounded by FBI agents with a warrant for his arrest,” HBO’s website describes.
