LeBron James Cramps Up, Leaves Game

It looked serious, but apparently it’s not. Via NBA.com: “LeBron James left the Miami Heat exhibition game against CSKA Moscow on Tuesday after grabbing at his right hamstring in obvious discomfort. The Heat said James was cramping, and his return to the game was uncertain. James came back to the Heat bench – without a limp – about 2 1/2 minutes into the fourth quarter. James reached for his right hamstring with 3:51 left in the third quarter, walking with a bit of a limp off the floor and then quickly through the tunnel toward the Miami locker room. He was followed moments later by Dwyane Wade, who is sidelined with a right hamstring strain. Wade emerged after a few minutes, smiling when he took his seat on the Heat bench.”

cramps are way worse than knee surgery and severely arthritic fingers. Everybody knows that.

Now I’m just waiting for Bosh turn to get hurt!!! What an excuse to all the injuries that’s been happening with the Heat. I wonder what kind of excuse they’ll use if the old Celtics run through them. I can’t wait.

The amount of hate being directed towards the Heat is slowly making me want them to annihilate the entire League.
Seriously, at first I just wanted to see good ball. Now I want them to crush teams’ will. I want them just blowing fools out and refusing to shake hands or smile. I want pure dominance.

This doesn’t look good. First Wade goes out, then Bosh doesn’t get minutes and now this. The Heats game is not sounding like a championship team so far. It’s the preseason, though. I doubt and hope this won’t happen in the regular season.

ppl think he faked pulling a hamstring? come on now.. it just happened to wade i doubt he thinks thats funny hes gone 7 years without as much as a tummy ache so i think hes due for something to go wrong

@allen that’s exactly what i said after i listened to bill simmons reaction to “the decision.” – this season is going to be like torture, its like looking at a family member butcher a song infront of a national audience. Hometown fans won’t be able to look away, even when the names on their backs have towels over their heads and frowns on their faces. that’s just the most extreme version ofcourse

Like what I’ve been saying since the beginning when they acquire all three superstars how long can they stay healthy together. There’s not a doubt in my mind about their skills, but health is really the biggest issue with this team.

    …pause.

Cramping can come and go easily. I’ve had them plenty of times in pick-up games. Nothing to see here…

The thing is, he stated he could play a regular season game if he had to, with his little book bag on, but since it is preseason he decided to leave, why not. Also I have stated that Lebron will become injury prone, to me after a while just like his counterpart Wade, but at least they won the game. The Lebron coverage is overboard, but when you go on TV to announce your decision to play basketball and your counterpart teammates just do something simple live, what do people expect. I am starting to feel like Lebron and his team, thinks any coverage is good coverage. BOOK IT!!

@The seed, COME ON MAN! When has Bron ever shown to be injury prone? For someone that attacks the rim with reckless abandon like he does he should injured more but that’s NOT the case. He’s built like an Bradley tank and won’t befall to injuries like other slashers. If he didn’t get hurt that much when he was the ONLY option what makes you think that he will get hurt now he he doesn’t have to worry about scoring that much and focus on other aspects of the game. Get real bra bra and stop living in la la land.

On a sidenote. Didn’t know trajan langdon was still playin ball w/moskow. He’s on my list of top 5 players from duke that I used 2 hate

cosign @JTaylor21! LeBron is iron-mna, they better check if its a skinny dude with glasses inside that body. He hardly gets injured as a guy who slams his body into post players every day for 7-8 years (was it 7 or 8?) with the Cavs. Now he’s gonna wreck the open court, share the slashing with Wade and oh…might dump it off the Bosh inside or a lurking Millier outside. He’ll play 73 games this season and sit the last 9 out, when they’re 73-0 by then. Plus with Kobe’s finger acting up, my Nuggets’ main man Melo bein a b*tch and Celtics old enough to collect pension, it’s gonna be one exciting yet boring NBA season.

hes probably been training pre hand before the game, its pre season. why would he over do it? i dont see how this is news.

Reading Eboy’s comments here certainly made my morning more entertaining….what a douche. Lebron has managed to fake his way through his King-like career, not winning anything worth winning and then acting like a little bitch when he ONCE AGAIN bounces out of the playoffs…disappointing. And you think the Heat aren’t running plays because they are ‘holding back til season’…don’t hold your breath.
