The Nuggets have received permission to interview Pacers assistant Brian Shaw and Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins, according to the Denver Post. Team president Josh Kroenke has his work cut out for him after firing George Karl and GM Masai Ujiri left for Toronto: “As the Nuggets zero in on potential candidates to be their next head coach, a source said the team has received permission from the Indiana Pacers to talk to assistant coach Brian Shaw and permission from the Memphis Grizzlies to talk to head coach Lionel Hollins. The Nuggets also need a general manager, and Pete D’Alessandro remains a top candidate for that position.”
