Defensive anchor Tyson Chandler is signing with the Phoenix Suns, according to a report. Chandler, now 32, put up 10.3 points and 11.5 rebounds last season for Dallas—where he also won a title with the Mavericks in 2011.

Tyson Chandler has reached agreement on a four-year, $50 million-plus contract with the Phoenix Suns, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
After agreeing to the deal, Chandler joined the Suns in their recruiting pitch to Portland Trail Blazers’ free-agent LaMarcus Aldridge in Los Angeles, sources told Yahoo Sports.
Chandler can serve as a mentor for Alex Len, the No. 5 overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft.
