Andrew Bynum Expects to Be Ready By Opening Night

Andrew Bynum gave a brief update on his rehab from a bruised right knee, and says that he’s making good progress, and should be ready to play once the games begin to mean something. Per the Philly Inquirer: “I feel pretty good,’ Bynum said. ‘I’m definitely getting better.’ […] Bynum said that he was anxious to get on the floor with his new teammates, and he indicated that watching them prepare for the upcoming season had been difficult. In an effort to get a better understanding of the offense, Bynum said he has been taking videos home with him and watching them at night. Bynum said he expected to be ready for the season opener on Oct. 31 against Denver. ‘I think right now it’s about my pain threshold,’ Bynum said. ‘I’m doing better but I can’t really get out there and get up and down with my teammates.'”
