NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. (Monday, July 2, 2012) – On Sunday, July 1, 2012, Converse launched a limited edition Pro Leather World Basketball Festival (WBF) footwear collection to support World Basketball Festival 2012 held this July 13-16.

The World Basketball Festival 2012 is a four-day celebration of the performance and culture of the game of basketball held by NIKE Inc., in collaboration with basketball’s leading brands within the NIKE Inc. portfolio – Converse, Jordan Brand and Nike Basketball. This year, World Basketball Festival 2012 will expand to bring energy to the basketball communities in London, Paris, Washington, D.C. and Barcelona.

The Converse Pro Leather WBF collection offers six footwear styles available in grey, red and pink suede and black premium perforated leather with pops of blue, orange and pink.
