Recapping last night’s array of NBA kicks, we start off in Cleveland where the Cavaliers hosted the Toronto Raptors in a rematch of last season’s Eastern Conference Finals. The matchup featured Kyrie Irving in his Nike Kyrie 2 squaring off against fellow All-Star guard Kyle Lowry and his adidas Crazylight Boost Low 2016. DeMar DeRozan continued to represent Kobes with the Nike Kobe Mentality 2 and LeBron James balled out in the Nike LeBron 13 Elite.
Out in Miami, Hassan Whiteside – as he’s done since last season – also wore the LeBron 13 Elites in the Heat’s tilt with the Atlanta Hawks. In that game, Kent Bazemore rocked the most colorful kicks of the night, an eye-popping Under Armour ClutchFit Drive 3 Low. Other highlights of the evening included Adreian Payne bringing out the ‘Powder Blue’ Air Jordan X Retro as he matched up against Frank Kaminsky and his ‘Hornets’ Air Jordan XXXI PEs and Jimmy Butler doing his thing in a ‘Black/Red’ colorway of the Jordan Extra.Fly.
